My name is Leah. I am a 29 year old Canadian living in England with my husband Steve and daughter Sophie. We are expecting our second baby at the end of October this year.
My family comes first, always.
I moved to England to teach in August 2006, met Steve in October and the rest is history as they say.
Steve and I were married on August 14, 2009.
Our daughter Sophie was born June 25th, 2010. She is the love of our lives! She brings so much joy to us and we just cannot picture life without her.
This blog is a Healthy Living Mommy Blog. It brings all of my interests together, with the main emphasis on our daughter. I believe in trying to live a healthy lifestyle that includes moderation in all things, with a touch of exercise. Balance is key and health is important to live a long, happy life.

Thanks so much for your sweet and encouraging comment on my blog today. You’re so right – a good cuddling session is so much more important than a trip to the gym or a jog in the cold. Years from now, those are the moments I’ll remember – not a 6 AM workout!
